K2
This ground breaking product combines the best aspects of existing programming methodologies with some stunning new concepts – in a system unrivalled for ease of use and programming power.
K2 has 3D support inbuilt at its very core. The programming and playback environments display real moving objects as realistic graphical representations. These are positioned in a 3D space in the correct proportions and relations to the stage, set and other items as well as other moving objects.
All these graphical items can be created in industry standard CAD packages and imported directly into K2. Programming then becomes very simple, with manipulation of the moving objects as straightforward as click-and-drag.
Cues can be simulated and rehearsed in full 3D before being run for real, complete with multiple viewing angles and user controlled camera views allowing the operator to be sure that no aspects of the movement or its interaction with other elements are hidden.
User programmable limits and clamps allow envelopes of motion to be easily constructed around objects. When combined with numerous other safety features and extensive feedback to the user, the programmer can be in complete control of the devices they are running.
The K2 USB Wing adds dedicated start and stop buttons and rate override wheels to the six playbacks, and a comprehensive manual operation section. The K2 Wing incorporates a full-width dead man's handle and an emergency stop switch for integration with safety systems such as the Kinesys Array ES and Array PD-ES.

Vari-Speed hoists are controlled using the Kinesys Elevation 1+ modules and power using their Array PD-ES.
Elevation 1+

The Elevation 1+ takes the Elevation range and adapts it to allow variable speed control of chain hoists. The Elevation 1+ controller is designed to be located local to the chain hoist that it controls. This innovative approach removes the need for large quantities of cabling and permits a number of motors and controllers to be supplied by single power and data cables. The units use the same network and protocol as the other members of the Elevation family and consequently will happily share their data network with Elevation 1 controllers.
Due to the additional complexities involved in providing variable speed control to a chain hoist Elevation 1+ controllers cannot be used to control standard chain hoists. Kinesys are able, however, to supply customised versions of the most popular models of chain hoist. Most existing chain hoists can even be retro-fitted with the changes required. In addition once a chain hoist has been converted to run with Elevation 1+ it can still be used as a standard fixed speed chain hoist with the addition of a simple adaptor cable.
Once installed the ability to ramp start, ramp stop, position and vary the speed of a chain hoist will allow your motors to take on applications which previously would have required the purchase or rental of winches.
Array PD-ES
The Array PD-ES is the perfect marriage of power distribution and emergency stop control. This 5U 19" rack module provides 125A of emergency stop switched power through four 32A three-phase Ceeform outlets. An un-switched single-phase auxiliary outlet is also provided for. All three-phase outlets are protected with an adjustable RCD.
'Power present' indicators are provided on both front and back panels. In addition to these features the unit also allows for the integration of a Transform 485 module to facilitate protocol translation to take place within the unit.
